Bedbug Pest Control

Bedbugs (Climex lectularius Linnaeus 1758 of the family Cimicidae) are an ectoparasite insect, which means that they live on the outside of the body of the host. These pests feed off the blood of their hosts, which includes humans. Although they can conceal themselves quite well in cracks and crevices, they are often found in bed parts, like mattresses and box springs.

Bed bugs are more common than you think. They are able to multiply very quickly and can cause an infestation within a short period of time. Bed bugs are not a seasonal pest; therefore they can be found at anytime of the year. They also can withstand a wide range of temperatures from nearly freezing to 122°F. Bed bugs are very hard to get rid of if you do not get proper treatment. If you think you may have bed bugs, contact First Choice immediately as early detection is important to prevent an infestation.
